ANNUAL DUES RENEWAL FORM

It is time to renew AAUW membership for the July 2006-June 2007 year, and to update Branch membership records.  Please follow steps 1-3 below.  Payment is due on or before June 1, 2006.

1.  RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Your membership category is:

__Branch Member $63.00 ($45 Association, $10 State, and $8 Branch dues)

__Student Member $26.00 ($17 Association, $5 State, and $4 Branch dues)

            (If you are a full-time graduate student, please check here:  ___ )

__Paid Life Member $20.00 ($12 State and $8 Branch dues)

            (You paid Association life membership dues, and only owe state and branch dues.)

__Honorary Life Member NO DUES OWED

            (You have paid for 50 years and no longer owe any dues.  Please return the form to me.)

Please make your check payable to AAAUW for the dues amount indicated above for your membership category.  AAUW dues are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, but may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses.

2.  UPDATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Please indicate changes to your listing and list any degrees completed since last year’s handbook.
